Platform rules

The Verificada platform is operated by DÍNAMOXIGENADO, UNIPESSOAL, LDA, a company registered in Portugal, hereinafter «Verificada», «we», or «the platform».

Single contact for legal, technical, privacy, and payment matters: acompanhantesverificadas@gmail.com. This address is also the channel for exercising data-subject rights under GDPR.

Verificada is exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. By accessing the platform, you declare on your own responsibility that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.

Accounts linked to minors are immediately closed and reported to the relevant authorities where applicable. Falsely declaring age constitutes just cause for permanent account closure and total loss of any credits or payments made, without refund.

Verificada is an online classified-ads service that allows independent escorts aged 18 or over to publish listings, and allows visitors to browse those listings. We do not broker or organise meetings — final contact is direct between the parties (typically via WhatsApp).

The core differentiator is mandatory identity verification of every advertiser: ID document, 360° video holding a sign with the current date, and voice recording. Verification is reviewed manually by our team and is valid for 6 months, after which a new submission is required.

Verificada distinguishes four user types, with different rights and obligations:

• Visitor — anonymous access, can browse, view profiles, and contact advertisers.
• Client — authenticated account, can additionally leave reviews, ask questions, and vote on answers.
• Advertiser (model) — authenticated and verified account, manages their own listing, uploads media, buys credits, and activates boosts.
• Administrator — Verificada staff responsible for moderation, verification, and support.

Registration requires email, password, and express acceptance of this document via a dedicated checkbox at sign-up. The date and time of acceptance are stored with the account as proof of consent.

To advertise, the following must be submitted: ID document (front and back), selfie holding the document, and a 360° video of the body holding a sign or sheet of paper with the current date handwritten. These files are stored in a private bucket and accessible only to Verificada's moderation team.

After approval, only the 360° video is moved to public storage and displayed on the profile as visual proof of real identity. The ID document and selfie remain private at all times and are never made public. Re-verification is required every 6 months under penalty of listing suspension.

By publishing a listing, the advertiser declares and guarantees that:

• All photos, videos, audio, and descriptions are their own, authentic, and current (no older than 6 months).
• All profile fields are truthful (age, location, price, services, physical attributes, languages).
• They hold all rights over the submitted content.
• They comply with all Portuguese law applicable to their activity, including tax obligations.
• They act with discretion and respect toward clients and do not engage in deception, coercion, or extortion.
• They accept re-verification every 6 months under penalty of suspension.
• They are the sole and exclusive party responsible for the services they provide and the agreements they enter into directly with clients.

Clients commit to:

• Treat advertisers with respect, without insults, coercion, or threats.
• Post only truthful reviews based on real interactions.
• Not use the platform to request services prohibited by law.
• Respect limits, prices, and conditions set by the advertiser.
• Not share, capture, or redistribute platform content without express authorisation.

It is strictly forbidden to publish, request, or promote on the platform:

• Any content involving minors under 18, real or simulated — immediate reporting and full cooperation with the authorities.
• Human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or any form of coercion or pimping.
• Third-party content without authorisation (stolen photos, fake identities, AI-generated images impersonating real people).
• Explicit violence, illegal practices, or content involving serious health risk.
• Personal data of third parties without consent (doxxing, sharing private contacts).
• Discriminatory, hateful, or violence-inciting content.
• Automation, scraping, attacks, or attempts to bypass technical measures of the platform.

Listing on Verificada is free once verification is approved. The platform offers paid features — boosts and badges — purchased through a prepaid credit system.

Credits are bought in packages and spent from the panel to activate boosts (3, 7, 15, or 30 days, Basic or Plus tier) or badges (each with its own duration). Activation is instant upon credit spend.

• Accepted payment methods: card via Stripe Checkout (instant credit) and SEPA bank transfer in EUR (manual credit, from a few hours to 2 business days after receipt and email confirmation of proof).
• Only accounts with an active listing (verification approved) may buy credits. This restriction is explicit and has no exceptions.
• Euro prices and credit costs are published in the panel; they may be adjusted by Verificada for new purchases, but never retroactively applied to already-acquired credits.
• Purchased credits do not expire and remain tied to the account. Once consumed (boost or badge activation), they are logged as spent and cannot be reversed.
• No refunds are issued on credits after purchase, save as required by law. On account suspension or closure for breach of these Terms, remaining credits are forfeited without refund.
• Once a boost or badge is activated, the respective package is deemed consumed and non-refundable, even if the boost does not receive the expected traffic.
• If the listing has pending reports, boost purchase is automatically blocked — credits are not spent and remain in the balance until resolution.
• Verificada reserves the right, for fraud-prevention reasons, to request additional documentation before crediting received transfers.

We process personal data on the legal bases of contract performance (account creation and operation, service delivery, payments), legal obligations (accounting, fraud prevention, cooperation with authorities), and, where applicable, legitimate interest (platform security, abuse prevention) or consent (verification and publication of the 360° video).

Categories of data processed:

• Account and profile: email, display name, password (hashed, never in plain text), terms-acceptance timestamp, role (client/advertiser/admin), preferred locale.
• Public listing: stage name, age, city, neighborhood, nationality, physical attributes, languages, services, price, photos, videos, voice audio, description.
• Verification (private): ID document (front/back), selfie with document, dated 360° video. Only the 360° video is promoted to public view after approval.
• Payments: Stripe session ID, amount paid, credit balance and movements, bank transfer reference where applicable. We never store full card numbers — these remain exclusively with Stripe.
• Interactions: published reviews, questions, votes, reports, view counts, admin action logs.
• Technical: IP address, user-agent, and timestamps, kept for security and abuse prevention.

To operate the platform, we use the following processors. Data transmission is strictly for service provision and is governed by contractual data-protection agreements with each:

• Supabase (database, authentication, storage) — data processed in European region.
• Vercel (hosting and content delivery network) — cloud infrastructure with global nodes.
• Stripe (card payment processing) — PCI-DSS certified.
• Revolut Bank (receiving bank for SEPA transfers).
• Transactional email provider (sending registration, password-recovery, and notification emails).

Some of the above processors may handle data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, transfers are performed under mechanisms approved by the European Commission, notably Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

We retain data while the account is active and up to 12 months after closure, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention (e.g., tax and payment records, kept for their statutory period).

Under GDPR you have, at any time, the rights of: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and portability. You may also withdraw consent (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal) and lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD, cnpd.pt).

Verificada currently does not use marketing, advertising, or third-party analytics cookies. We only use cookies or local storage strictly necessary for operation: authentication session, language preference, and 18+ age-gate confirmation.

If analytics or advertising tools are integrated in the future, this document will be updated and, where applicable, prior consent will be requested via a dedicated banner.

Verificada reserves the right to suspend or close any account or listing, without notice, in case of breach of this document, suspicion of fraud, prohibited content, substantiated reports, or request from competent authorities.

You may cancel your account at any time by request from the registered email. Cancellation removes public content; data strictly required by law (tax records, moderation logs, terms-acceptance records) may be retained for the applicable legal period.

Verification approval does not guarantee indefinite continuity. Listings inactive for more than 12 months may be removed, subject to retention of any applicable accounting records.

The advertiser retains ownership of the content they submit. By submitting content, you grant Verificada a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, for the duration of the account's activity, to display, store, process, index in search engines, and present that content within the operation of the platform.

The «Verificada» name, logo, visual identity, and platform design are the exclusive property of the operating entity and may not be used without prior written authorisation.

Verificada is a classified-ads platform. We are not responsible for interactions between advertisers and clients, nor for services actually delivered off the platform. Each party acts at its own risk and is solely responsible for its declarations, choices, and agreements.

Verification confirms the person's identity and currency at the moment of submission, but does not constitute any guarantee of character, service quality, satisfaction, or performance of agreements reached directly between parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verificada's aggregate liability to any user is limited to the amount actually paid by that user to the platform in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Indirect damages, lost profits, and reputational harm are excluded to the extent legally allowed.

In the event of technical unavailability, we make reasonable efforts to restore service, but do not offer any guarantee of continuous availability, nor pro-rata refund of active boosts for short unavailability windows.

This document is governed by Portuguese law. For any dispute, the parties elect the Lisbon District Court as competent, expressly waiving any other, except where a mandatory consumer-protection or data-subject-residence rule sets a different venue.

If any clause is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain in full force. Where possible, the invalid clause shall be replaced by one producing equivalent economic effect within what the law permits.

This document may be updated periodically. The last-updated date is shown at the top of the page. For material changes — with relevant impact on user rights, payment conditions, or data processing — registered users will be notified by email at least 15 days in advance.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the changes constitutes implicit acceptance. Users who disagree must close their account before that date, retaining the right to request erasure of their personal data under the applicable terms.
